Shipments

Preparation time

Since all of our jewels are handmade, there is a preparation time between the order is made until the jewel is sent. This preparation time is between 2 and 3 weeks (2 weeks for smaller pieces and 3 weeks for those who are larger or more complex, for example the rings, which are all custom size made).

If you need the jewels for a concrete date, do not hesitate to write us an email and we will try to ship them as soon as possible.

Shipments

Shipments are done using Spanish Postal Service, as certified packages with tracking number.  Shipments are made from our workshop at Barcelona.

The price for shipping is 5 € for Spain, and 6 € for the rest of the world.

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged, as these depend on the laws of each country. In principle, we use a shipping method that should not generate additional customs costs, but we cannot guarantee this for every destination, so we kindly ask you to verify it in your specific case.  

Shipping time is as it follows:

• Spain: 3 to 5 days.
• Europe: 1 to 2 weeks (around 10 days is the most common time).
• International shipping: 2 to 3 weeks (the most common time is 2 weeks, but depending on the customs of each country, shipments may take up to 3 or even 4 weeks, in very specific cases).
  
• USA. Since the new tariff to importation started on August 29th 2025, the shipment to the USA is 20 Euros.   

Another shipment options

• In Spain, there is an express shipping option via courier. It costs 15 euros and arrives within 24 hours (once the piece is completed and ready to be shipped). We use Nacex, also with tracking. If you prefer this type of shipping, don’t hesitate to contact us.
• Europe: we also have an express delivery with DHL. It takes only 24 hours but the price is quite higher (around 50 euros). If you prefer this option, please contact us.
