Returns

It is possible to return a product within 14 days from the date you received it. To do this, we need you to send it to us and, as soon as we receive it and check that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount paid using the same original payment method, except for the shipping costs, which will not be refunded. The return costs will be paid by the buyer.

Returns are NOT accepted for custom-made products (rings) or personalized jewelry.

Refunds

If the product sent has any defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

If a return is made in this case, all shipping costs will be covered by us, and the buyer will only need to ensure that the jewelry is sent back to our address.
