FAQs

Here you will find answers to the most common questions we receive. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us!
1What materials do you use to make the jewelry?
Our silver jewelry is made using only sterling silver, which is an alloy composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. Our gold jewelry is generally made with 18-karat yellow, white, or rose gold. We also work with yellow gold in other karats (14K, 9K...), but we only use them when we have clearly specified it or when we have discussed it with you personally and you have requested it.
2Will silver cause an allergy?
It depends on the type of allergy you have. If you are allergic to silver, then likely yes. However, over time, we’ve noticed that many people who avoided wearing silver because it caused a reaction were actually allergic not to the silver itself but to some of the metals used to make sterling silver, such as nickel or zinc. Our sterling silver is made only with silver and copper, so if you are allergic to nickel, zinc, or similar materials—but not to silver—you may be able to wear it. Important! None of this is medical advice; it’s simply based on observations from customers we’ve encountered! If in doubt, always consult a medically trained professional. :)
3Which is the best way to take care of sterling silver jewels?
Sterling silver, due to the copper in its alloy, may darken or tarnish over time. This is completely normal, so don’t worry! To prevent this, it's best to avoid contact with moisture. If you shower or bathe while wearing your jewelry, dry it as soon as possible with a soft cloth or a tissue. When not in use, store it in an airtight bag or a well-sealed jewelry box. On our blog, you’ll find a post dedicated to silver care, where we share tips to keep your jewelry shining like the first day.
4What do I do if my sterling silver jewels are tarnishing?
The first thing is not to worry; this is completely normal and is related to the copper content in sterling silver (7.5%). In the previous question and on our blog posts, we provide tips on how to care for silver jewelry, but over time, even if you follow these guidelines, it may still darken. It’s not a problem—there are plenty of products available to polish silver. From pre-treated polishing cloths to, most effectively, a liquid solution where you dip the piece, leaving it as good as new :) We will try to have it avaiable in our web, but if it is not, do not hesitate to reach us and we will be glad to advise where to buy it!.
5How long does it take you to prepare the jewelry for shipping?
Since all our jewelry is handmade, there is a preparation time between ordering and shipping. This time is usually around two weeks for items like pendants or earrings and about three weeks for more elaborate pieces or custom-made items (such as rings).
6How long does shipping take?
We generally work with "Correos·, the Spanish Postal Service. Shipments to Spain usually take about three to four days (sometimes arriving in just a couple of days or even the next day). Shipments to Europe take around two weeks, and shipments to the rest of the world take between two and three weeks, although some orders may take up to four weeks, depending a bit on customs.
7Are there other shipping options?
Of course! For shipments within Spain, we offer a courier service with 24-hour delivery, and the price is around 15 euros. For shipments within Europe, we use DHL Express, which also delivers in 24 hours, but the price is significantly higher (around 50 euros per shipment). For international shipments, we also offer DHL Express, but the prices are quite high, and it's very likely that customs fees will also apply. In any case, if you're interested in a different shipping method than the one we usually use with the postal service, feel free to contact us.
8Can jewels be returned?
Yes, once you receive a piece of jewelry, you have 14 days to return it. To proceed, simply contact us via email or through the contact form. Once we receive the jewelry back and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the price of the jewelry, but not the shipping costs. Similarly, the return shipping costs will also be the responsibility of the person who purchased the jewelry. If a piece of jewelry arrives damaged, whether due to a manufacturing defect or shipping issues, please contact us, and in that case, we will cover all costs, including shipping and return expenses.
9Do you make custom jewelry?
Of course! In fact, we love it—it’s our favorite thing to do :) We have a great time creating our regular pieces, but custom jewelry gives us the opportunity to work with you to create something special and unique. We have a dedicated section on our website for custom orders, and you can contact us anytime. We’ll be thrilled to work with you to craft that special piece of jewelry.
