Jewels are shipped trough CORREOS, the Spanish Postal Service.
The usual shipping time is 2-5 days to Spain, 1-2 weeks to Europe and around 4 weeks to the rest of the world.
The shipping price is €5 for Spain and €6 to other countries.

Since all of our jewels are handmde, there is a preparation time between the order and the shipment. This time is 1 or 2 weeks for small jewels and 3 weeks for more complex one (especially rings). If you need us to send any jewel in advance, do not hesitate to contact us at sensei.joyas@gmail.com.
return policy
It is possible to return a product within 14 days from the date you received it. For this, we need you to send it to us and, as soon as we receive it and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will make a refund of the amount paid using the same original payment method, except for shipping costs, which will not be refunded. Return costs will be afforded by the buyer.
NO size-made jewels (such as rings) or custom and/or personalized orders can be returned, so please be sure to give an accurate size for those when ordering them (and feel free to contact us, of course!).
If the product shipped has a defect, please contact us and we will solve it as soon as possible, or a full refund will be made. In this case, all shipping costs will be paid by us and the customer will only be responsible for sending us the defective product.
